Ben Bernanke’s speech from yesterday

Ben Bernanke, the chairman of the Federal Reserve, gave a speech yesterday, April 29^th, titled “Community Development in Challenging Times”. The subject of the speech dealt with the challenges a household may face including the decrease in value of homes, the rising unemployment which reached last month more than 13.5 million people.
